ServiceMaster by Ayotte is proud to celebrate our 25th anniversary in the cleaning and restoration industry! We wanted to take a moment and thank YOU — our loyal customers, supporters, and friends.
Even though we can’t have a big traditional celebration this year, we’re still making time to reflect and get excited about our future. We spoke with our President Beth Ayotte about what this anniversary means to her.
Do you have an especially fond memory (or memories) reflecting on your time with ServiceMaster by Ayotte?
Over 25 years there are so many, and given the current state of affairs, we are making more as we do our best to keep our employees and customers safe and healthy on a daily basis. Overall though, throughout the years, I would say some of my fondest memories, outside of serving our customers has been our opportunities to gather on a corporate level for trainings and events. It is always a wonderful opportunity to network with other franchise owners throughout the nation and gain cutting edge knowledge.
What would you like your customers to know about ServiceMaster by Ayotte’s anniversary?
The family history – started by my father as a ‘part-time’ hobby but quickly turned to a full-time family affair as his first large account, Malt-O-Meal, was sold before we even closed on the business. I worked with my dad on nights and weekends while going to college, and soon after graduating college I joined the family business. Over the years we have bought and sold eight franchise territories and have continued to keep our eye open for contiguous growth, ensuring we are the name for all things clean and restoration in all the communities we serve.
What are your hopes for the future?
We hope to grow and develop our territories and people into a stronger, more united and reputable team! I hope our communities choose local when looking for a cleaning or restoration vendor. I want ServiceMaster by Ayotte to be a household name that homes and businesses can trust when they need service; they can count on us. No job is too big (or small) – with our franchise partnerships, we will always work together to successfully manage any call to action!
